1) Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the RustyBoomer website, Boom purchases, and related services. By using the site or buying Boom, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

3) Eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of consent for data processing in your country of residence if higher, to use this site or make a purchase.
- Steam login is required for account-linked features.
- You are responsible for activity under your session.
- We may suspend access for fraud, abuse, or rule violations.
4) Boom (virtual currency)
- Boom is digital content for use on our services only. It has no cash value except where our Refund Policy or law requires a refund.
- Prices are shown at checkout (typically EUR). Applicable taxes are included where stated. There is no shipping, postal, or delivery cost — Boom is delivered digitally to your account, and using our website or checkout does not cost more than your own normal internet access.
- Balances and features may change for operational reasons.
- Boom and store items are digital content accessed through your Steam account and the Rust game client — no additional software is required beyond a working Rust installation and Steam sign-in.
5) Contract and immediate supply
When you complete Stripe checkout, you buy the Boom pack shown. Before payment you must:
- Agree to these Terms, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy;
- Confirm you request immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge you lose the 14-day right to cancel under EU rules once Boom is credited, except where mandatory law or our Refund Policy still applies.
- Because Boom is credited immediately in full, there is normally no partial-performance period. If mandatory law nonetheless entitles you to withdraw after requesting immediate performance (Civil Code Article 6.22810(9)-(10)), you may need to pay a proportionate amount for what was already supplied before you withdrew.
6) Delivery
- Boom is credited to the Steam account signed in at purchase.
- In-game items may require you to be online with inventory space.
- Report delivery issues via Discord support.
- Complaints about delivery, or about these Terms generally, should go through our Support page or the email shown in the trader information above — the same address handles general enquiries and complaints. See our Refund Policy for the full complaints process, including the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
7) Conduct
- Follow server and community rules.
- No payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or exploitation.
- You're responsible for content you post on the forum or send through direct messages. We may remove content, and restrict or remove your access to these features, if it breaks the server rules.
8) Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded under Lithuanian law. Otherwise our liability to consumers is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Boom purchase in the 12 months before the claim.
We do not offer a separate commercial guarantee beyond your statutory legal guarantee rights described in our Refund Policy.
9) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. Consumers in the EU may also rely on mandatory protections in their country of residence.
